I met up with one of my girlfriends for lunch today. We hadn't seen each other in a while so it was nice to catch up over a leisurely meal. We went to Ra Sushi in Tempe and shared a few sushi rolls. This was the Crazy Monkey roll, and believe me it was crazy. It had salmon and cream cheese and was topped with avocado, drizzled with mango and eel sauces, and sprinkled with cashews and red tempura bits. Very tasty!
