Well its the middle of June and everyone always thinks its insanely hot in Arizona this time of year. The truth is, this summer has been relatively cool so far. Right now for instance, it's only 85 degrees. That's perfect weather for getting out and seeing some of what AZ has to offer. Go for a hike, lounge by the pool or take a stroll through the Phoenix Desert Botanical Gardens. That's where I was when I saw these beautiful wild flowers showing off their spring color late into the season. This goes to show that the desert isn't all just dirt and cactus.
